University Projects: Interactive Vocational E-Learning
Designing a visually engaging interactive multimedia module for Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training in partnership with BBPPMPV BMTI Cimahi.

Stage 1. Visual Conceptualization
Initiated the project by collaborating with a 4-person university team and institutional partners from BBPPMPV BMTI. Analyzed the core instructional materials regarding Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles to determine the most effective visual approach. Brainstormed the overarching visual theme and artistic direction to ensure the safety guidelines were communicated clearly and professionally.
Stage 2. Custom Asset Creation
Took full ownership of the project's visual aesthetics. Designed the user interface and created all custom graphic assets from scratch, including engaging backgrounds, intuitive navigation icons, and cohesive color palettes.
Stage 3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Worked closely within the 4-person team, bridging the gap between instructional design and technical development. Delivered the finalized high-quality graphic assets and UI mockups to the team's multimedia developer, ensuring a seamless integration of visual elements into the interactive authoring tool.
Stage 4. Institutional Handoff
Collaborated with the team to present the final interactive learning application to the stakeholders at BBPPMPV BMTI. Successfully delivered a polished, highly visual, and interactive E-Learning product that transformed standard K3 compliance training into an engaging digital experience for vocational trainees.
To demonstrate what the product will look like, I've provided a direct link to the final product, hosted on GitHub. This integration allows users and stakeholders to experience the interactive board game firsthand.
Reflections
Working on this project within a collaborative team honed my skills as a Visual and UI/UX Designer while ensuring my work seamlessly synergized with learning designers and developers. Transforming rigid, highly technical Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations into an aesthetically pleasing and visually intuitive learning module was a unique challenge. This experience with BBPPMPV BMTI solidified my capability to translate complex institutional requirements into accessible, user-friendly digital designs that truly enhance the learning journey.
